All posts in this blog are personal and are recipes that I've tried and tried at home, using products that I am familiar with. I do not write restaurant reviews as I feel I don't have the professional skills to critique something that is cooked by someone else, but I do have an opinion and if I have a good experience or bad experience in a restaurant, I will certainly say so.
I also do not write product reviews. In some instances, I am sent products for free. When I use these for cooking or baking, I disclose this in the post.
