Arroz ala Anna banana
Arroz ala Cubana This dish is a regular one prepared at my in-laws place. It's not a special dish but something that is dished up for dinner as it includes ingredients that are easily accessible: minced beef, lady finger bananas (saba) and eggs.
This isn't one of my favourite dishes, but Daddy loves anything to do with beef, so this is one of those varieties of beef dishes that I've borrowed from the Manlulo household in Cubao and brought to our dinner table. Served mostly for lunch or dinner.
